Gen. 2 full 360° carbon fiber wrap stock with compressed foam core. Burnt bronze Cerakote finish barrel, action & stock. Spiral fluted bolt & enlarged bolt knob, proprietary barrel lapping process. A top tier hunting Rifle. Browning is delving into semi-custom Rifle production with the new X-Bolt Pro. What classifies the X-Bolt Pro as a "semi-custom Rifle" is the level of specialized finishing touches and higher end construction above the already top-tier X-Bolt family of hunting Rifles. First, the X-Bolt Pro features a true carbon fiber stock, making it extremely lightweight and rigid. The stock is filled with a noise-dampening foam. Cerakote durability. Additionally, the Cerakote finish on the action and barrel is also on the exterior of the stock for added protection. The burnt bronze hue mutes the color of the stock for better concealability. The barrel features a new proprietary lapping process to provide consistent accuracy and easier bore cleaning - avoiding the need for a time-consuming break-in process. Other features include a spiral fluted bolt, enlarged bolt handle, and a threaded muzzle with a muzzle brake or thread protector cap. Before You Purchase A Gun

What Do I Need To Buy A Gun?

Answer teThe requirements to buy a gun depend on your location, but in the U.S., here are the general steps:

  • Age Requirement
  • Background Check
  • Valid Identification
  • Residency Requirement
  • Firearm License or Permit (If Required)
  • Waiting Period (If Applicable)
  • State-Specific Laws
Is it legal to buy a gun online?

Yes, buying a gun online is completely legal in the U.S., but the firearm must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer in your state. You’ll need to pass a background check and complete any required paperwork before taking possession of the firearm.

Do I need a background check to buy a gun online?

Yes. Even when purchasing online, a background check is required at the FFL dealer where you pick up your firearm (unless you have a permit that exempts you in your state). The FFL dealer will conduct the check before handing over the gun.

Can I have a gun shipped directly to my house?

No, firearms cannot be shipped directly to your home. They must be sent to a licensed FFL dealer, where you will complete the legal transfer process. However, ammo and accessories can be shipped directly to your residence in most states.

How do I choose an FFL dealer for my transfer?

Many online gun stores allow you to select an FFL dealer during checkout. If not, you’ll need to find a local gun shop or licensed dealer willing to handle the transfer and provide their information to the seller.

After You Purchase A Gun

What happens after I purchase a gun online?

After completing your purchase, your firearm will be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer near you. You’ll receive tracking information and instructions on how to pick up your firearm.

What do I need to do after purchasing a gun online?

After purchasing, provide the seller with the information of your chosen FFL dealer (they will handle the transfer). Once the firearm arrives at the dealer, you’ll go there, complete the required background check and paperwork, and then take your firearm home after approval.

What do I need to bring when picking up my gun?

When you arrive at the FFL dealer, bring:

  • valid government-issued ID (matching the address on your order).
  • Any required permits or licenses (varies by state).
  • Payment for the FFL transfer fee (usually $25-$75, depending on the dealer).
Do I have to pass a background check when picking up my gun?

Yes. Even if you bought the gun online, you must pass a background check (NICS) at the FFL dealer before taking possession of your firearm.

Can I return the gun if I change my mind?

We do not accept returns once a firearm has been transferred. Always inspect the gun at the FFL dealer before completing the transfer—once you take it home, it’s yours.
